When you want to ship your products with us after purchase, we can provide packing and shipping of all items, leaving you worry-free. All cargo shipments are calculated per cubic meter, charged in US$ and are payable in Bali (prepaid is also cheaper). All major credit cards are accepted for shipping charges. (This will be converted into Rupiah and show up on your credit card in your local currency)
After you made an order during your stay in Bali you will be given full contact details of our shipping agents in your country or region and a copy of the packing documentation to take home with you upon your departure from. We will inform our shipping agents who will then contact you. You may also contact us or our agent directly at anytime during the shipping process.
Packing & Additional Charges
Even if you are not shipping with us, we can still assist you with the packing and shipping of your purchases. Call us for details or to arrange collection of your goods. Original copies of all invoices will be needed to prepare documentation on your behalf. Some countries impose Goods & Service Tax (GST) on imported items. Our shipping agent will have more details about these charges. Insurance is payable on all goods, this is calculated at 2.5 - 3 % of the invoice value.
