Terms of payment : Deposit of 50 % from total amount should be already received on the confirmation of the order to start production whether through cash or bank transfer ( wire transfer ) to our nominated account. All other payments shall be settled prior to shipping. All charges from the bank transfers are to be paid by customer.
Shipping : Value of FOB Denpasar / Surabaya will depend on the quantity or volume of your total orders. Delivery of products to your address will done by your chosen shipping company. Neverthless, we can help the buyer by recomending a trusted shipping company which can deliver the ordered products to the buyer's country.
Cancellation : In case of order cancelations, deposited payments are not refundable.
It will takes 4 - 8 weeks after order confirmation is received and deposit payment received into our accounts. Production leads is depend on your order quantity and also whether the ordered items is in stock or need to be produce.

Our products are made from quality material with intrique design. For furniture we use quality dry kiln wood and made from government-regulated logs. We never use non-plantation logs or any sources which are not environmentally sustainable.

Yes, the quality is fully guaranteed. Any damage products due to faulty production - although this is very rare - will be replaced immediately. Damage can also occur during transportation / shipping ; so in this case we strongly suggest that you insure your products and make careful arrangements with your trusted shipping company.

We have our complete catalogue in CD, we will give our catalogue to trust and serious buyer only to review of our products when you have commitment for doing a mutual business relationship with us.
How many items will fit in 20'f and 40'ft containers ?
A 20'ft container holds 30 cubic meters and a 40'ft container load 60 cubic meters. Amount of items can load in containers is depend on size of each items. Once you have made your selection, the volume of your order will be calculated.

Yes, we have been in partnership with a professional freight forwarding company for many years. We have ship many containers of our products with them.
