It will takes 4 - 8 weeks after we received your order confirmation and deposit payment in our account. Production lead is depending on the quantity and also whether the ordered items are in stock or need to be produced.
Are all your products made from quality material ?
Our products are made from quality material with intrigue design. For furniture we use quality dry kiln wood made from government-regulated logs. We never use non-plantation logs or any sources which are not environmentally sustainable.
What kinds of finishing do you use ?
We use many kinds of finishing depending on your needs and desire. Generally we use standard finishing.
Do you guarantee that your prices are competitive ?

Do you guarantee all of your products ?
Yes, the quality is fully guaranteed. Any damaged products due to faulty production – although this is very rare – will be replaced immediately. Damage can also occur during transportation or shipping. In this case we strongly suggest that you insure your products and make careful arrangements with your trusted shipping company.
Do you have catalog ?
We have a complete catalogue of all of our products on CD. We will gladly send you this CD when you are commitment for doing a mutual business relationship with us.
How many items will fit in 20'f and 40'ft containers ?
A 20'ft container holds 30 cubic meters and in a 40'ft container 60 cubic meters can be loaded. The amount of items that can be loaded in a container depend on the size and packing of all items. Once you have made your selection, we calculate the volume of your order for you.
Can you help me with shipping arrangements ?
Yes, we are in a close partnership with a professional freight forwarding company for many years. We have shipped many containers of our products with them. So you can be assured that your products will reach to your place safely. We will also assist you in the coordination of post shipping untill your products have safely arrived at your door.

Terms & Conditions
Minimum order policy : there is no minimum order quantity to order of your products. Sample is available on request.
Prices : All prices are quoted in US dollars and are whole sale prices.Otherwise and are subject to the prevailing buying rates of exchange published by BCA or house bankers Permata bank. All quotation are without engagement until firm conclusion of business transaction and their validity is maximum 3 weeks after date of issue, unless specified, and otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are subject to change with or without prior notice. Prices is ex-factory prices and not include shipping cost.
Terms of payment : Deposit of 50 % from total amount is required on the confirmation of the order to start production whether through cash or bank transfer ( wire transfer ) to our nominated account. All other payments shall be settled prior to shipping. All charges from the bank transfers are to be paid by customer.
Shipping : Value of FOB Denpasar / Surabaya will depend on the quantity or volume of your total orders. Delivery of products to your address will done by your chosen shipping company. Neverthless, we can help the buyer by recomending a trusted shipping company which can deliver the ordered products to the you.
Cancellation : In case of order cancelations, deposited payments are not refundable.
Trading :
All trading are based on common international law. However if there is any conflict with the laws and regulations of the Republic Indonesia, the letter shall prevail unless it is otherwise specified.
All payments are due immediately, upon presentation of the invoice unless it is specified otherwise, net or any and bank charges.
All products purchased from Sari Artha Buana and leaving the compound of Sari Artha BUana or its loading address given to buyers is not insured unless its specified otherwise and shall be insured only against written confirmation or instruction of buyers and fee shall imply immediate cancellation of insurance cover. It is understanding of Sari Artha Buana that buyers insure their purchased wih door to door basis, covered against all risks including war, riots, civil commotion and unrest.
All sample requests shall be dispatched at cost agreed prior to sending
7. Risk & Retention of Title
All products supplied by Sari Artha Buana is at risk of the buyer once loaded at the gate of the compound of Sari Artha Buana or it's loading address.
Sari Artha Buana remains the legal owner of all products until Sari Artha Buana has been paid in full for products loaded at the compound of Sari Artha Buana to be sent to the buyer.
8. Guarantee
In case guarantees have been supplied in writing, claims must be reported to Sari Artha Buana within 7 days after the arrival at destination. The destination is specified in the bill of lading as port of destination or any other international transportation document agreed or mutual written consent between both trading partners in absence of letter. Replacement of goods shall be done by means of free replacement in the next order. Consequential damage, third party claims and or financal refund are not covered in any agreement.
Loading and stowing of merchandise in containers is generally performed solely by third parties at the sole risk of buyer.
Domestic transportation required and instructed by buyers is performed solely by third parties and is done at buyer's own risk and expense unless otherwise agreed.
The quality of packing and material must be instructed by buyers and have mutual agreement between buyer and Sari Artha Buana. As otherwise standard packing and stuffing conditions and material shall be applied.
9. Child Labour
Unfortunetaly child labour is still common phenomenon in Asia and Indonesia is no exception, particularly the island of Java. We assume here on child labour as means of economic cost reduction, where as the children are actually still obliged to attend formal school. Sari Artha Buan does not support or condone child labour in any way and doesn't employ anybody below the age of 18 years. Spot check on our suppliers are done regularly and awareness of child labour is pointed out immediately. It is general understanding by our suppliers or subcontractors that if child labour persits, existing contracts or others will be cancelled within the time allowed as per agreement, most commonly immediately but with a maximum of 4 weeks.
